Cityflitzer DIY Manual
In This Manual we will walk you through the whole building process of the Cityflitzer drone.
Keep in mind that this is not a toy, fly responsibly and take the needed safety precautions. Never have props installed and always use a smokestopper when working at the bench.
Mount the TPU Battery pads with M2 Washers and M2x10mm screws. Make shure the thread inserts on the top plate are facing down.
Flip the top plate over and mount the arms as shown above.
Screw on the Middle plate and install the TPU RX Antenna mount and the TPU VTX Antenna mount.
Screw the motors on with loctite and tape the motorwires firmly to the arms.
Prepare the capacitor by cutting the legs to about 2mm and solder wires to the arms. Then apply liquid rubber to the exposed solderjoints.
First apply conformal coating to the bottom of the fc and let it dry.
Then mount the FC to the frame with M2x12mm Screws. Then solder all the motor wires and the main powerwires aswell as the capcitator to the top side of the fc. Make shure to have some slack in the motorwires so they are not under tension. Also make shure the capacitor wires are the right length and the capacitor fits into the TPU Bottom cover with a bit of wire slack.
Tip: Conductice coating is visible under UV Light.

Prepare the receiver (RX) By soldering the wires to it with about 4cm of wire length. Then install the RX Antenna with a slight bend in it so the bind button stays accessible and heatshrink the whole thing.

Mount the DJI O4/O3 Air unit (VTX) on the TPU VTX mount with M2x4mm Screws. Then screw it on top of the FC.
